We want you to be stoked with your purchase, however, if you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days to let us know if you would like to return the goods for a refund or exchange, starting the day after you receive them Alternatively, you can complete the Returns form and send the goods back to us within that time. Return postage costs are non-refundable.
We request the following in order to process your return:
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original packaging and tags in place in a resalable condition.
How do I send my item back?
Securely package your item in the same or comparable packaging you received your item.
Enclose a copy of the receipt and completed returns form.
Drop off your item at your local post office we strongly recommend using some form of registered mail service when returning any item.

Once we have received the item we will notify you via email, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Before returning your item for an exchange please contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we have the item you would prefer in stock in your size. If we do please return your item using our returns guide. Once we have received the item we will process your exchange and charge for any additional costs for the items and shipping.
If you are a European customer, you may return your item to the address above for an exchange or refund within 28 days from the date of purchase (please note that the item should be returned and received by us within 28 days of the date of purchase). If you are a Rest of World customer, you may return your item to the address above for an exchange or refund within 28 days from the date of purchase (please note that the item should be returned and received by us within 28 days of the date of purchase). The item must be unworn and unwashed with original tags and packaging in place. It must be accompanied with the shipping label attached and the original sale receipt. You will be refunded the full amount of the item in the same currency using the same exchange rate as your original order. We do not refund the original shipping costs or any import taxes and duties paid. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
International returns need to be clearly marked RETURN as we are not liable for customs and duties charges if this is clearly visible.

If the item arrives and it appears damaged, please do not remove the tags or wear the item. Email us at email@example.com as soon as possible and within 14 days of shipment stating the order number and details of the damage. Once the damage has been assessed we may be able to offer you an exchange or refund. Please do not remove the tags or wear the item as we do not offer returns/exchanges on damage caused by daily wear and tear.
